About Stepaside

Stepaside, named after the South Dublin village, was formed in 1974. The original lineup included Bob Bolton (bass), Bobby Kelly (guitar), Brendan Bonass (guitar) and Robbie Brenna (drums).

They released a few singles in late 70s and early 80s as well as an album, Sit Down and Relapse, in 1980.

Drummer, Robbie Brennan, played with Phil Lynott's Grand Slam and a variety of Irish musicians such as Christy Moore, Skid Row, Auto Da Fé, Paul Brady and Clannad.
