About Talk To Strangers
The Alleycats were formed in the early 80s by guitarist Joe Staunton who had played in Orphanage in late 60s/early 70s with Phil Lynott and Brian Downey who went on to form Thin Lizzy. Brian Downey joined The Alleycats in 85. In 87 they added keyboard player and changed their name to 'Talk to Strangers'. Gary Moore would regularly sit in with the band.
Joe Staunton passed away in November 2023.
