About Angel Pier

Beginning in 2006, with a solid looping backbone, a confrontational guitarist and a melancholic vocalist throwing dark lyrics throughout, ANGEL PIER make a discordant noise through unhinged classic pop melodies.

Angel Pier have released an EP entitled "Bullet Holes & Broken Sectors".

In early May 2009 they headlined the 'Best Of' IMRO Showcase Tour gig at The Village in Dublin before appearances at The Great Escape in Brighton and Liverpool Sound City. Also in 2009, they played the New Sounds Stage at the Oxegen Festival. The band released a limited 7" recorded with Jimmy Eadie (Asylum Studios - Jape, David Kitt, Valerie Francis, One Day International). They disbanded later that year.
