Killer Watt was formed 1985 by Steve McCormack (drums), Anthony Flynn (bass) and Marcus Burns (guitar). Marcus Burns was later replaced by Paul Kennedy , a.k.a. Ratz, on guitar. Chris Rooney, a.k.a. Git, joined on vocals. In 1987 they released their only record, the 3 track ‘DEATH EP’ which got into the Irish Top 30 chart. Soon after that they added a second guitarist, Derek Sweeney. They split up in 1988. Paul Kennedy went on to play with Chromatic Death and Moral Crusade.
