About Tidal District

Tidal District was an indie-pop/rock band from Dublin. The band was formed in 2006 and featured Noel Duplaa (Vocals & Guitar), Bernard Devlin (Bass Guitar & Keyboards), Charlie Keegan (Drums & Percussion), Gary Donald (Guitar, Vocals & Keyboards) and Lucy Jackson (Vocals, Guitar).

Tidal District released a series of fine EPs. The first of these 'Everything Always Works Out For Everyone' was released in 2006. 'Dig Up' followed in 2007 with 'Hold The Party Line' coming further year later. Both of these EP featured the track 'Aces' which charted strongly. However, by 2010 the band had run its course. Tidal District released one final EP, 'In Like A Lion' in February 2010 before party ways.

While still with Tidal District, Noel had started Cfit as a side project. That band went on to release its debut 'Triage' in early 2011. Both Charlie and Gary went on to join The Dying Seconds. Grainne linked up with Noel in Cfit.
