About Burning Embers

Burning Embers were a band who deployed the stadium rock bombast that was popular in the mid-1980s.

The released the singles 'Now That You're Gone' and 'Keep on pushing' in 1987, 'Sweet young lady' in '88, 'Giving' and 'Shaddow' in '89.

Burning Embers were Sean O’Neill (vocals), John Poland (guitars), Niall Macken (keyboards), Mel Poland (bass), Gordon Ashe (drums).

Burning Embers recorded a session for Dave Fanning 17th on November 1986.
