Microtonal is a Belfast-based thrash/metal band formed around 2023.
They draw on old-school thrash influences characterized by heavy riffs and a raw, aggressive sound.
Their debut EP, Baptism of Fire, was released in late 2025, and they’ve performed at key local metal events, including the “Metal 2 the Masses” competition.
