About MindRiot mt
MindRiot mt originally were named just MindRiot and most likely added the 'mt' (whatever it signifies? probably Mitchelstown as that's where they are from) to avoid confusion with all the other Mind Riot bands around the world named after the Soundgarden song. They do seem to have a bit of a Soundgarden influence but perhaps sound a bit more like the Foo Fighters.MINDRIOT originally formed in 1992 and were influenced by bands of the time ranging from Pearl Jam, Smashing Pumpkins, Metallica, Kerbdog, Life of Agony and everything in between. The band has broken up and gotten back together multiple times over their existence.
