About Deaf Joe
Prior to going solo, Deaf Joe, a.k.a. Joe Harney, fronted Deaf Animal Orchestra who released a series of singles between 2006 - 2009. Deaf Joe's first solo release was the 'Forest Fires' EP in 2009 followed by a second EP. 'Winter's Glow' in 2010 and 'The Softest Touch' mini album in 2011.
He has also released the albums Burrowings (2012), From the Heights of a Dream (2014), Stuck (2018) and Love Stories (2019).
His fifth album Kalachuchi, recorded in Scotland, Denmark and Ireland over three years, was released in 2022.
Def Joe has collaborated with Katie Kim and Percolator.
