About Dichotomy

Formed in 2010 in Dublin by guitarists Andy Kealy and Rats, Dichotomy is a five-piece melodic tech-death metal group influenced by bands like Death, Necrophagist, Gojira, and Opeth. The band's name reflects their blend of technical death metal with diverse musical elements. In summer 2012, they recorded an album, Paradigms, at Westland Studios with producer Alwyn Walker. Paradigms was released in 2013.

In Feb 2015 they announced that they were calling it quits as a band.
