About Sarah Brookie
Sarah Brooki is Sarah Brookfield along with her band - guitarist Dara Gooney, bassist Jake Brennan, and drummer Anna Kelly.
Their sound which they describe as "folk-grunge" blends the intimacy and poetic lyricism of folk with the raw energy and rough edges of grunge and alternative rock. They are often likened to early PJ Harvey for their grit, and Jeff Buckley for their emotional honesty.
