About Sonus Mortis
Sonus Mortis is the one man metal project of Kevin Byrne from Cellbridge, Co. Kildare. Byrne previously played bass and keyboards with Valediction, a Dublin based Melodic Death Metal band. He describes Sonus Mortis's variety of metal as a mix of death-doom with some melodic/symphonic black metal. Sonus Mortis has had a prolific output with full length albums released in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
