Sundrive consists of bassist Mick McDonnel from Crumlin and guitarist Steve Cranley from Tallaght.
Steve and Michael met while working as session musicians 1997 and began collaborating, initially merely providing guitar and bass duties for each others recordings and progressed to writing and recording as the band SUNDRIVE in 2002. They made their live debut at O2 in the Park on Sunday August 18th 2002, to an estimated 100,000 people.
They released a single, A Day Like Today, and in 2007 they released an album, Still Here. The album was delayed due to a series of disasters, including a studio-computer crash.
