In 1984, the band relocated to Belfast and added a second vocalist, Roy Wallace. They played with Conflict at the Manhattan Club, which led to recordings for Conflict's label, Mortarhate. The band was also involved with the Belfast-based Warzone Collective, which included a vegetarian café called Giros, a practice space, and a screen-printing studio.
Toxic Waste toured Europe twice before disbanding in 1986. Roy Wallace went on to release Belfast in 1987 with Deno and Gary from DIRT, re-recording old Toxic Waste tracks along with some previously unreleased material. Marty and Roy then used their Toxic Waste experience to form Bleeding Rectum. The band briefly reunited in 1991 for a benefit tour, with Deno from DIRT taking on vocals.
