About Under River

Under River was a Dublin-based jazz-rock band active in 1971, known for playing venues like The Sportsmans Inn and Sloopys. Formed in Dublin by Chris Hanney (formerly of Jazz Therapy), Dave "Mojo" Lennox (ex-Uptown Band), and Dave McHale.

Dave McHale later played with Nightbus, Stagalee, the Boomtown Rats (played on Mondo Bongo and V Deep), and Auto Da Fe. Dave Lennox joined Elmer Fudd in 1972.
