About Le Galaxie
Le Galaxie was an electronic music band from Dublin, Ireland, known for their energetic live performances. Formed by ex-members of 66e, they debuted with Laserdisc Nights II in 2011, followed by the Fade to Forever EP and the notable single "Love System" in 2012, which earned a Choice Music Prize nomination. They signed with Universal Music Ireland in 2015, releasing their second album Le Club that year.
Le Galaxie gained a strong live following, performing at major Irish and European festivals. In 2017, MayKay from Fight Like Apes joined the band, but Dave McGloughlin left in 2019 to pursue a solo career. The band announced their breakup in December 2019.
