Mick Flannery is a singer-songwriter from Blarney, Co. Cork known for his blend of folk and blues music. His debut album Evening Train was inspired by his studies in music and management and earned him recognition, including being the first Irish winner at the International Songwriting Competition in Nashville. The album later inspired a musical adaptation in 2019.
Flannery's second album, White Lies (2008), achieved platinum status and was nominated for the Choice Music Prize.
