Reevah is a singer-songwriter from Derry, known for her entrancing “Dreamy Folk” sound that blends her impressive voice with captivating, otherworldly songs. In 2018, she collaborated with the Ulster Orchestra on a project centred around the Civil Rights Movement, debuting tracks like “River Flow, River Divide” and “Heart over Head” during a tour that featured at festivals including Stendhal Festival of Art.
She self-released her debut EP Hummingbird in June 2018, which led to performances at prominent events such as Other Voices, The Ruby Sessions, Output Festival, and Stendhal Festival. Reevah has supported well-known acts like Lisa Hannigan, Joshua Burnside, Wyvern Lingo, and Duke Special, and her music has been featured on RTE Radio One and BBC Introducing. Songs such as “Nights,” “Hummingbird,” and “Daydreamer” have started to reach audiences beyond Ireland.
Reevah’s musical journey also includes being selected for the ‘Scratch My Progress Program’ in 2017 and performing at Warsaw’s PROM Kultury venue that same year. Raised in a creatively rich environment with an artist mother and a musician father, Reevah was immersed in art and music from an early age, picking up an acoustic guitar at age 13.
