About little xs for eyes

little xs for eyes (stylized with all lowercase letters) is a six-piece indie-pop band from Dublin. They distinguish themselves from most other indie bands by incorporating multiple vocal harmonies courtesy of the band comprising three female members, along with one of the males occasionally providing lead vocals on other songs.

Since the release of first album S.A.D in 2011, the band’s sound has developed from indie folk to bright, quirky, sparkly, upbeat pop. What has remained over the course of this musical transition is their use of beautiful tight-knit harmonies, an even split of male/female band members, and lyrics that tell stories of that quarter-life stage filled with loves lost/found, empty dance floors, and wanderlust.

little xs for eyes 2015 album “Everything Everything” is full of catchy pop tracks that are upbeat, fun, and have a classic, atmospheric synth line that takes you right back to the 80s.
