OGRE are a Brutal Death Metal band from Dublin who formed in 1989. They arose from the ashes of and earlier Death Metal band called FROST.They released two demos, ‘Sanatas (Axe Of Contrition)’ in 1993 and ‘Haitus’ in 1994. And an album in 1994 called ‘Dark Filth’. Then the band disappeared for almost 2 decades and returned in 2014 with a new album ‘Bastards Of Death’. And in 2023 they released another album called 'Bestial Maggot'.
