T R Y S T E, an acronym for 'To Rise You Seek The End' creates emotionally-laden heavy music blending post-metal with shoegaze, post-rock and black metal.
The Dublin-based duo T R Y S T E are made up of Gabriel Gaba (Vocals, Guitars, Synth) and John O’Kelly (Guitars, Bass, Production). Together they blend emotional atmospherics with crushing heaviness, drawing on classic shoegaze and ’80s goth, to create what the band calls “emotionally heavy, heavy music.”
Their atmospheric and emotional sound is influenced by the likes of Alcest, Deafheaven, and Holy Fawn.
