About Grot
Grot are a death metal band from Kilkenny formed in 2010 featuring John Roche (Gama Bomb, Slave Zero) on guitars and bass, Eoin Broughal (Coldwar, Warpath) on vocals and Kevin Talley (US bands Dying Fetus, Misery Index and many more) on drums. Shane “Red” Corcoran (Necrotized, Crucifracture) joined on vocals around 2015 and they released a self-titled EP in 2016. Another EP, Cancer of the Soul, followed in 2018.
Corcoran and Roche formed Crimson Butchery in 2021.
